WHAT WE OFFER
GENERAL HEALTHCARE
Clinical examinations, routine vaccination programmes, deworming protocols, and day-to-day general health checks ups.
LAMENESS ASSESSMENTS
A thorough examination including flexion tests, nerve blocks, radiography and ultrasound where necessary to find the cause of lameness.
X-RAY & ULTRASOUND
We are equipped with our own portable, digital x-ray machine as well as three ultrasound machines allowing us to provide diagnostic imaging wherever our clients may be.
GASTROSCOPY
Our team is equipped with a 3m portable video gastroscope. This allows us to examine the upper respiratory system and, more commonly, the stomach for signs of equine gastric ulcer disease.
IMPORT & EXPORT
With over 15 years experience in the import export business, we are heavily involved in the care and testing of horses in quarantine for import and export. We are particularly knowledgeable in the requirements for exporting horses to Mauritius as well as the testing of imported horses.
ENDOSCOPY
We have a 1.2m endoscope to evaluate the upper respiratory tract. This is useful for diagnosis of airway paralysis and collapse, growths, exercise induced haemorrhages and airway inflammation.
PRE-PURCHASE EXAMS
Assisting clients with making the best possible purchase decisions by providing thorough clinical exams and, conformation and gait evaluations, both on the ground and under saddle.
REPRODUCTION
Routine assessments for breeding soundness, pregnancy diagnoses and monitoring and identifying reproductive problems, as well as artificial insemination.
